A closer look at what we eat can reveal a different world to what we see every day, but at the same time very similar to the way we organize ourselves to live.

The result of the activities, carried out with the students, have helped us to better understand the way in which human and non-human life is interconnected in complex systems, where diversity is necessary to survive, not only in the micro world, but also in our world.

We invite you to share a plate of fermented foods, we invite you to share bacteria.
