Since two thousand fifteen, we have been writing and presenting proposals to share a political and affective space created around the practice and needs of making yogurt. Our intention is to look at an activity, which is repetitive, open to the public, committed to local producers and communities, as a practical and dialogical symposium of non-academic exchanges, a radical methodology, in order to create synergies and rethink the ecology - economy of our microbial acts.
